I would have to actually develop a procedure.  Each case/texture part is different.  Not all paints will texture.  In some paints, additives can be added to create special effects, hammertone, wrinkle finish.  From what I remember of the factory texture it is considered a river texture.  I would have to see a trim piece.  None of my trucks are the top of the line trim and have head liners.

The factory texturing is applied in the mold from what I am told with a acid paper pattern, it removes the portion of plastic.  I was told with the amount of flat surface on this it would "slide" and cause a sitely mess.
Yesterday with some Bed liner spray and some vinyl paint after some thorough cleaning with lacquer thinner, soap and water and some scuffing,  This is what I have now. (truck interior color is changing to red)

Waiting on boxing cost and hardware (screws) cost and I should have the pricing soon.  It should be within the $69-89 range of current 3 pod offerings.

Why not make it the whole length ? I think I know to keep it cheaper but what do you think the price difference would be?

To make the whole thing would be more expensive, but the biggest issue is time.  It took 4 years to get to this.  I don't know how much more it will take but I plan on getting the whole thing if these have a good demand.

That is a pretty good texture match.  There are additives you can add to paint to achieve that look, called polypropylene beads.  They are commonly known as "sharks tooth" and look like fine white sand and added to floor coatings to give a non-slip surface.  They have different micron sizes that you mix and match to achieve a random texture which is the easiest way to do it.

No this is the first 2 proofs.  I needed to mount them and verify them.  Now I just need the site URL added and the part number and we will be off.  Hopefully in 3 weeks I will have them.  Look here first for pre order options.
