Looking good! I also would vote for the bump - would rather not drill holes if I don't have to.

What are the doubles going for? Would I have to buy two singles or will they be sold as a separate piece? They look good.

I like the changes Chris! I think the angle change was well worth the wait.

We made changes to the fit on this one but something didn't turn out as it got worse, BUT this one is thicker. I am pursuing the bump, but it won't be obvious as I am sure a lot of people don't want to drill, so I am hoping to avoid it if possible.

id be more inclined to have the bump than to drill it, but if i have to drill it; i will. nbd
another question, are you still looking in the ballpark range of this price for the singles?

Right now the price for the single if I went that round would be around $35.

In addition to gauge pods have you considered making pods for tweeters in the pillars like newer cars/trucks? I think there may be a market for them, has them for 81-87 trucks but they're up at the top for the highliner setup, I think down at the bottom would work better.

That is on the list for the complete replacement. Pending the outcome of these.
I dropped by last week to have them tweak the profile some more.

Here is the latest progress. we got the profile nailed down now. Just trying to decide on if we offset them for the tape which is really thing, or leave as it:

We are on version 5 of these now. After verifying the above profile and then doing another print 2 weeks ago, we discovered that they made the offset to the wrong side. Version 5 was made to sit flush to the face with no tape. With that said, here are the pictures without tape and installed with some tape, you can also see the beginning of the window opening to allow feed pieces to pass through.
