i thought it was a joke when Richmond was in the running for that Hall of Fame. I got a good laugh out of that one. I knew it would be in the back yard of all the NASCAR teams and homes. People here in Richmond actually thought they were serious and spent money on studies of locations and such to vie for the honor. Each time that made the news, I couldn't stop laughing. Gullible people.
$20 to enter seems a little steep, but, next time I'm in the Charlotte area, I'll stop in. I don't know which decade that will be in--the first electric NASCAR race car will most likely be an antique classic and on display there by then.
