73-78 = VIN on drivers door jamb, 79-87 = drivers side dash...simple as that fellas.  Gauges indicate 70's model, steering wheel indicates late 70's and newer.  If the VIN is on the door jamb, then it makes it a 78 or older.

lol i was on my cell phone viewing this post before and i thought he just took a picture of the side of the seat to show the wires couldn't see the Vin plate till now. whats the asking price?

 $800 and there is alot of parts that come with it plus it has a new front clip and doors

well i think so, See i went and looked at a 70 c10 and the guy showed the 78 so i said how much for both lol

My cousins 73 K5 ad Uncles 75 both had the vin on the dash, as well as my 75 Camaro.

Impossible...ALL 73-78 GM light duty trucks/Blazers/Burbs had them on the drivers door jamb.  Either you are wrong on the years of those trucks, or they have had "work" done to them after GM rolled them off the line.

oh yea that is one thing i said is, I will take it slow and easy lol but it is hard when you get in to these projects and get over your head you are right about that.  ;D and trust me i regret what i did, Not tearing the truck down that was fun but scraping it.
