1985 c 10 project

this is a few pics of my new project, looks kinda rough but the cab floor looks real good
came with cab corners, rockers a few tail gates, beltech lowering kit, rebuilt t350, 2500 stall,
 3.73 posi  xtra doors, fenders, hoods xtra rally wheels and a bunch of other stuff

does any one know where i can or if you can buy the lower section of the cab between the
cab corners, mine is a liitle shot about 2" up??

Are you talking about the channel running across the back where the body bushing go?

I assumed he was talking sheet metal between cab corners.  Funny I've not seen a rust problem there before, though.

In NH that area is a problem.

yeah its the piece that connects the two cab corners, might just end up making one
since it only goes up a little way, just far enough to need replacing tohugh

It would be easy enough to make from flat unless you're concerned with keeping the small bend detail at the bottom.  Unless someone else knows different your choices are make it or boneyard.

prob just going to make it, dont want to screw with the junk yard, " remove the box, cut the piece, if any good, "
 its all flat so all good., will post picsa when i get that far, need to finish both rockers, cab corners and foot wells

Sounds like alot of hard work. It will be worth it though! Have fun with it....
