Thanks to Hotrod24 my 79 now has 78 and older headlight bezels. its a slight difference but I have my preference!

Painted the inside of the new (older) set, i think it gives her a MEANER look... 
what do you think?

i like it. i was thinking about it too but under my marker light it needs to be replaced or some body work looks like a po banged it up and up on the 79 head lights to cover it up

I have done that to every one of my 79 / 80 trucks.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

I did that to my 79 too. I always liked the pre-79 look. That's what makes the front of the truck to me. The 79 and 80's kind of look like Dodges.

I had a guy at work ask me what I had in my dodge just last week about smacked him I said I ain't got no dodge and stop talking to him lol
