Unknown "pop"

When I turn my truck to the right, like turning into a driveway, I get can feel something pop repeatedly maybe like something binding. It seems to be consistent with the speed, although Im not sure I feel it if Im going real slow. I can feel it in the floorboard. It only happens when turning right. All steering parts are new except the steering box. I really hope I dont have a cracked frame. I will check. I also replaced the bearings and passenger side u joint two months ago, but I have manual hubs and they are not engaged. I checked for any contact at full lock and there isnt anything touching.

I have a similar popping sound when making corners in mine, and if your foot is just resting on the clutch, you can feel the pedal drop a bit as it makes the sound. My best guess, which I am soon to test out on mine, is shot motor mounts and tranny mount, cause mine are awful. Another thing that comes to mind is maybe your front shackle on that side is binding because of a bad bushing, or if the leaf springs are compressing and sliding on each other and grabbing.

When I am in right hand turns,
only
while under acceleration, something is popping, maybe binding. It sounds to be coming from the front driver side somewhere, but I really don't want to keep making the noise for fear of something breaking. I don't hear it when I coast through turns and it doesn't happen on left turns. It does it both when I have hubs locked and unlocked.
I have checked the frame for cracks and the wheel bearings.
All new steering components were put on last year, but it's just recent the noise has appeared.
Recently I have added new front shocks and new 6" leaf springs, from 4". It has a dropped pitman arm and raised steering arm, which have been on for awhile. Haven't adjusted any steering components since the 6" springs. Don't think that is the issue or not because it is repetitive through the turn.
The only thing I haven't checked to see if it is the sway bar (has frame drop brackets). I need to disconnect it and see if it goes away.

My guess is your lower right side ball joint.
While turning under acceleration the suspension would lift whichever direction you turn.
remember to take the load off the suspension first.
If you have already replaced this, check it anyway as you could have gotten a bad part along with the other suspension components.

Ill check them I guess. The u joints and ball joints were replaced 2 months back.
Dont think it will be a u joint since they dont turn in 2wd...

Beastie_3 when you installed your lift springs did you change the bushings for the upper shackle mount for the rear of the front springs? If you didn't maybe your shackle is moving back there.
I have also seen bad motor mounts that caused header flanges to hit the shackle bolt area.
I hope you find this problem.

Yup, springs have new bushings, torqued correctly.

No, I looked around them and didnt see any movement wear marks, and thought they should be ok since i torqued them down two different times.

Ill check, but I doubt it. It probably has 50 miles on the truck since the lift kit.

U bolts are good.
It isnt the steering stabilizer, U bolts, shocks, or sway bar.
I dont think it is the motor mounts because the transfer case shifter doesnt move when the pop occurs. Plus I have the center hump out right now.
I did not replace the upper shackle bushings.
I sprayed a bit of black paint around areas that could be the issue and Ill check later for wear marks.
