Hello from GA
« on: August 06, 2010, 11:16:24 am »
Hey everyone, browsed around the site for many months but finally got around to registering.

I've got an '86 K10 I'm working on that I bought in North Dakota last year. Just hoping to gain some knowledge as I progress in the resto of this truck.

Pictures when I first bought it last year. I have several boxes of NOS GM parts in the garage waiting to go on. I'm switching the interior from blue to black, and plan on having the truck repainted metallic gray. I'd like to lift it 4" and go with 33's or 35's. Just gonna be a weekend driver and the occasional cruise night.

It's got a crate 350, Edelbrock intake and 650 carb, 700R4, 12-bolt rear, and 116k on the body. I've gotta tackle the cab corners and driver's side bed side with a donor bed I got for $200. I'm big on reusing original GM parts.
