door panels

Does anyone know if 79 k10 door panels will attach to 83 k10 doors?  I know the doors will swap but what if i wanted to swap the door panels?

They will attach but one thing you might run into is the door crank rod (do you have manual windows?) on the 83 might be too short for the 79 door panels because of a difference in the internal design between the years. I'm dealing with that right now. I need to fix this on my driver's door because it's a mid 80's door so I need to figure out a way to extend this crank either by inserting a 'spacer' behind the rod some how or cutting the rod and welding a 'spacer' in the center of the rod/

you'll need  77-80 interior door handles and the cranks are same from 77-87
