That was good reading Irish_Alley and thank you for showing me that kit but 437.50 thats 1\3 of what i payed for the hole parts truck. I know 500 us dollares is not much the the world today. I just want to know the cheapest way or if im out of luck I will use the 203 as much as i dont want awd so the is no factory 205 for a th400 i just dont want to do any jobs twice. Its bad enoght imdoing this in my back yard with crap tools by my self...

There is a kit for part time awd for the 203 I have it in my truck it just turns 4x4 unlock into 4x2
