Do the gauges work?

The obvious thing to check is the headlight switch, is the knob turned all the way over (to the right as I recall)?

First thing first, check the fuses. Then check wiring connections behind the gauge panel, then check printed circuit board.

If your bulbs are good and fuses are the problems could be headlight switch or printed circuit board. you can test them both with a volt tester make sure your switch is getting power but I cant tell you off hand which wire is the hot wire for the bulbs. And like everything I said has been said before test the printed circuit board

My dash lights did not work on the last truck I got.  I took apart and checked all the usual suspects, including the printed circuit board.  It ended up that I needed to clean the corrosion off the back of each dash light and they all worked perfect after that.  Like I always say, check the easiest things first and save some headaches.....Tom
