now don’t get me wrong they are equal to men but they shouldn’t be in certain places like locker room for a mans football team you don’t see male reporters in a females soccer locker room if they do I want that job lol. but they just shouldn’t be there like in an all male’s prison you’re just asking for problems

The whole team should get together and file a suit against the reporter for sexual harassment for her being in the locker room, maybe then they might respect male and female boundaries, otherwise just make it all coed on both sides, and be done with it.

Yea one of my old bosses had a smoking secretary and every time she'd come out to the job site to give us our checks all the other crews would whistle, flirt, etc....she just blew him all off haha. She wasn't complaining it was a construction site.

REALLY?!!!!  So she dresses all the time like "look at me I'm the hottest reporter on television" Then repeatedly puts herself in a situation with naked "nobody says no to me" men. Then goes on CNN with her big fake boobs showing and says they throw footballs at her and say rude things to her while she's standing in front of them while they're naked in the place they're supposed to be naked in?????????

UH-OH  I'M GONNA NEED A BIGGER BANDAID!!!!!

Why are females allowed in a Restroom like place like that?  Just make it a simple no women rule like every other public mens restoom in existence and all will be well.

there are so many "shades of gray" areas when it comes to opposite sexes.  Women reporters can come to men's locker rooms, yet, a male reporter wouldn't even think to be caught in a women's locker room.  Sorry, it's a two way street if they open that door.

Also, out in the streets, a male officer cannot search a female offender---he must detain then call a female officer. Meanwhile the female offender pulls out her gun and takes care of the male officer.   However, the kicker is, a female officer can and does search male offenders.

It is because they know males won't complain about it---because they like it.   Females will have you in court so quickly because only her lovey dovey gets to see her.

It should be black or white, right or wrong....no shades of gray should exist just because on one scenario people won't take it to court (women in men's locker room).  The other scenario, the court date won't come here quick enough (men in women's locker room).

It should be a two-way street in legal terms.  Human nature must be taken into consideration---a bunch of naked jocks w/ their buddies and a hot female walks in as part of her job, flaunting what she has because she has to to remain on TV where the majority of viewers are, umm, men. The result is obvious.

^Yep.   that's why this kind of thing doesnt bug me much.  It's how the world works.  Literally if all this BS stopped tomorrow, but completely  everything would crash.  This should be a lesson to the sports team owners though, maybe they should start making these reporter chicks (oops)  sign waivers... ;D

Sgt same deal up here a male officer can be alone with a female offender for one the male if he feels like the female is coming on to him his chances of "acting" on it are more likely than if I female officer is hit on by a male so they can do searches on the males but males can't do searches on the females. And female offenders are more likely to set a male officer up to get what they want again they are to nice to them you go to a female prison its so bright and windows all over. If you go to a males prision the windows are only 6" wide and 3' tall lol talk about equal right

I used to work for a major oil company and we had to go to a sexual harassment class. At the end of the day the message we left with was this. "You have to treat them the same but different"
Another thing is I've seen other pictures of her and she is Smokin! What do you expect to happen? Once again, common sense is on vacation.

think all serous jobs put people into those classes especially state and federal cause if a male offends a female they have a lawsuit and the way were told if since they put us threw those classes the female that we offended can now sue me not the state cause the state did the best to prevent it

No sense in beating in to death, but while in the military regardless of how many sexual harassment classes we went to, in the end the females were never wrong. I myself was in a situation to where a female wouldn't leave me alone and even after being reported it continued. One day out of the blue "top" came to me and told me the only thing saving me at that time was the fact I've reported her behavior several times. Imagine if I never said anything my remaining time in service would have been shot!!! Not saying that women dont belong in the military or what not but just saying, get guys with things that go boom and somebody has to fill out the paperwork!!!!!!

they can always sue the state, but, if they maintain the documentation, which I am sure they do, their liability will be nill.  Also, the documentation is there in case the staff member violates and they can fire or discipline them because they were trained.  It's all a legal game.

Now, since the Jets are getting "trained" it will be documented and if a similar harrassment deal happens, God help those men who do the harrassing next time.   Anything to relieve the liability from the NFL.

As the person in charge of accreditation for our sheriff's office, I maintain documentation on training and ensure we meet the standards, both state and national accreditation.  It's all legal defense when you cut right down to it.
