Brake Light wont go away.

Just recently put new lines and a master cylinder in my dads truck and put all new ate type 200 fluid (the Porsche stuff) in it. But that dang light wont go away. Brakes feel great. Did take the sensor out when I was doing the lines (I found it easier). So whats wrong? Did I...

A Damage the sensor?
B Nothing is wrong its just retarded pull the bulb?
C Possible air still in there? (I doubt this as the brakes feel fantastic but never know)
D All the above?
E Have another drink?

I am at a loss here because I am used to my '60s Ford technology and never had this crap

Did you try lifting up on the parking brake pedal?  That will also make the light stay on (if it doesn't go up all the way it needs adjusted).  What do you mean you removed the sensor?  Are you talking about the combination valve under the hood with the wire going to it?  If you just mean you had it unhooked, fine.  If you mean you removed it from the system, not fine.

I should have also included that the truck has not had an E brake for the better part of 10 years.

I am not sure what my father did (the one that actually removed it) but iirc he pulled it out of the brass distribution valve.

i do remember he exposed something white that looked like a small 1/16 hose barb or something.

The E-brake is mechanical.

There's two things that make the brake light come on:  The combination valve under the hood or the switch to the parking brake.  Has the brake light been on or did this just start?
