4 Speed Saginaw/84 c10 3.08

hey guys just looking for some help deciding on a transmission , I have a 4 speed saginaw , and was just wondering , how well do they hold up?

Got one and I've broke a transmission adapter plate a couple axle shafts and wheeling on 38's
