Got a couple questions about this. Do I just cut enough to where new panels fit in or do they need to overlap?? and how do you keep everything lined up??

If you search this forum there is a post that has allot of pics from one other members, and one I have done this to. You need to drill holes for plug welds in certain areas. Cut off the rusted stuff, sand blast it, trim the new panel to fit butted or over lap about an 1/8" to a 1/4".

Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs
