As far as I can see this should be a bolt together deal.
The front Dana 60 should bolt right up to your stock front springs (or you can swap in the 1 ton springs).
As far as the rear axle, you will need to change the front/rear spring hangers. This is a bolt in deal. Just grind off the rivets on the old spring hangers (if you don't have torches) and bolt the 1 ton hangers on using Grade 8 hardware.
Just keep in mind when this project is done as far as the DOT is concerned you still have a 1/2 ton truck.

The springs and axles are bigger that's the reason you have to swap them the 1 ton dual is about 4" while the half tons are are smaller I think 3 or 3 1/2. So that being said you might find it easier to swap cabs

If all you have is the axles you will not need to move the rear spring hangers because you don't have the longer leaf springs.  Just use your half ton leaf springs.  You will need the bigger u bolts and I think the top plate that sits on top of the leaf springs.  Shocks brackets may be in the wrong spot.

I would say I've seen like 4 trucks that this was done to. I couldnt imagine it being too hard as its a popular mod down here in north rural Florida.

A 1 ton rear axle will not bolt up to a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton truck unless you change over to 1 ton spring hangers (A bolt on deal) or move the spring perches on the axle(welded).
Before you start on this project take out your measuring tape and see for yourself so you won't have any surprises.

I forgot about the perches being different but didn't know the hangers were different.  May be a harder swap if you don't have those hangers.

If you have to I know I bought perches for like 20 bucks that would be easier than gettin the hangers.
