Coker Silvertowns

Is anybody running these:

Is it OK to run tires that aren't specified as light truck tires as long as the load rating is in the right range?

You're correct.  As long as you don't overload them, you'll be fine.  Most of these 1/2 ton trucks came with car type tires on them stock.
