This seams ok but why is it in uk they have performance cars that a diesel gets around 70 mpg while going 70mph while we cant do anything like this. I understand they have different dot rules as far as safety and emissions but where do you draw the line if they want a hybrid then they have to be less safe like the “smart car”. Now its not a safe car but we can do better than this

The volts claimed MPG and everything else is very suspect if you read reviews. The nissan leaf is way further along in electric technology.
