it may not seem that bad, but it's less than half of what you could get out of other tires.   the TSL's i'm on right now have about 12-15K on 2 and they have bout 5/16"+ left for tread.  might get to 20K if i'm lucky but they would be slicks by then.

im lookin at 38.5 x 15 x15 boggers right now. i honestly dnt think i'd get 20,000 out of them. i figger i'd get maybe 15,000 miles outta them. i jus thot i'd get some other opinions on the boggers.

Waste of money on anything that sees pavement more than 10%. Most Interco tires are a waste of money for vehicles that are street driven. You can get surplus military tires way cheaper and they still look mean. Plus they will get triple the mileage of SS. Just my 2 cents.

If you keep the tires inflated right, drive careful on the pavement, and rotate every 3000 - 5000 miles, I have gotten 30,000 out of a set of 35's, could have gone longer but i got tired of the noise.

Yes you can get 20-25000 out of swampers but a their too soft and b they suck in the mud. Get some ground hawgs. My buddy has a set I think are 38x?x15 had them on his blazer, 89 Chevy and they are still looking good he got them over 7 or 8 years ago. I had swampers on my 79 with a locked rear and I would get stuck in just a little bit of mud would have to put it in 4x4 just to get to the mud hole then once I got there I would have to get pulled out most of the time. While he would just drive in 4x2 with no problems.  He let me use a set of hawgs about the same size of the swampers Man a world of difference. I was pulling everyone out not slipping one bit could even keep it in 4x2 and still do good

x2 with Irish, only owned 1 pair of swampers, won't buy anouther pair.  Have owned 2 pair of ground hawgs, they not only last longer, grip better in the mud, but are eaiser to clean out when you spin your tires.

another couple tires that are almost as aggressive as a bogger, but better over all on  many terrains.

yokohoma goelander M/T   (i had these on my old truck, loved them!!   got 30,000 out of them but i didn't rotate to often and did a lot of off roading with that truck.)

mickey thompson baja claw (these are becoming very popular with the offroaders, i think every truck at TTC last year had them)

well i'll agree that the baja claw has a sort of similar design like as the bogger but i have to disagree sayin its almost as agressive as a bogger...jus my opinion lol
