km2's?
« on: January 14, 2011, 01:13:39 am »
Alright I plan to buy new tires in a month or so and I'm debating on running a set of 33x12.5x15 bfg km2 tires. I like the look and know a few that are running them. What do you guys think? If I don't go for them I want something that's a m/t but will do decent on the road I only drive my truck 2-6k a year though and about 95% street driven the other 5% is in my yard lol

I love the looks and ride of the KM2's. Mine also sees 90% street, and off road in my north feild. Not much. Real good looking tires tho

I've been happy with my MT KM2 choise so far, but only have about 150 miles on them.  Since I will also drive street most often, I siped ONLY the center lugs to help water displacement.  Ride is MUCH better then my bias (obviously), and were actually quieter then expected.  I would have went with the AT, but my size choise was not availible in AT's, only MT's.

Tires selection is personal depending on specific rig, your purpose, and even the terrain/location that's specific to you.  Still some brands are better then others.
