I just dyno tuned my 350 with a 770a cfm holley and a and a 670a cfm (edelbrock performer vortech). (Btw my 350 is just a little upgraded from stock.) the hp and torque #'s didn't change between the two carbs after jets were properly matched. I went with the 670a for quicker throttle response and vacuum etc. So you'll do just fine with that set up, it looks really well matched for what you want to do and it leaves a little room if you want to make other improvements down the road. I also found that running a 1" open spacer between the carb and intake really helped even out the air fuel ratio between banks. You pretty much have the Summit brand of the set up I have so I would think it would help yours as well.
Ive got an edelbrock 600cfm that I would trade for a dirty old Rochester 4bbl in a heartbeat.
