Clutch pedal assembly question
« on: February 05, 2011, 09:54:12 pm »
Will an OBS clutch and brake pedal assembly bolt into our trucks?  Some of you may have seen my posting in the Wanted section, and it doesn't seem to be netting any results.  I found an assembly on ebay for the older mechanical linkage used on the pre 85's, but no dice on the newer ones.  Our trucks with manual transmissions aren't exactly a common item in my local junkyards either, but wrecked OBS trucks are not terribly rare.

you can make anything work with the mechanical setup.   Keisler probably has stuff for them that you could buy.  As far as the bellhousing goes what trans are you putting behind it?

Was going to be one of Keisler's RS600's or a T56, but I decided that the tranny and supporting bits were a little out of my budget, so a built TH400 is my answer.  Much easier to bolt in.
