Ive pulled transmissions out in the junk yard like that, but I also had a chain through the windows that I use to roll it up on its side still hooked to my truck along with 4 or 5 4x4s under it.

That pic orginated in Mexico, I have seen it in shops for years, always makes me laugh though.

at the junk yard I worked at one of my co workers took a 84-86 Chevy rolled her on her side and unbolted the motor that way then just let her roll out he was in a rush didn’t take him that long to do it. But then he left the trans in the middle of the road that led to the garage door. and I was driving a forklift the type that pivots in the center and has 5.5' tires don’t know what size it was but there was allot of blind spots and one of them was right where that th350 transmission was sitting lol. well I was kind of honest I could of took the trans and moved her in a car or in a scrap pile but I just moved her aside and about a hour later a manager sees it and is kind of upset ask me what happened I told him I back over it. he said with a pissed off face "I can get 500 for that, are you going to pay for it" I looked at him with a striate face and said "you cant get 500 for it" he looked puzzled why I would say such a thing then I finished "cause its broke" and he couldn’t hold back his laughter and just walked away
