3 port selector valve
«

I think my selector valve is leaking between the 2 tanks. Because the fuel level in my passenger tank has slowly gone from a gallon to half tank on the gauge, and the passenger hose is leaking after I shut off the truck, even though it should be empty and the driver tank is selected. Is there anywhere I can get a new one, or is there a way to refurb mine?

Autozone has them, but they are showing the 6-port valve that doesn't look like the one you have. It may just be the wrong picture on the website. Check with your local store if you have one.

I think you just use that 6 port universal valve and cap the fuel return ports on it. Anyone know if that's right? 1979c20, you have feed and vapor (vent) lines, but no return, is that correct?

I have, shown in the picture, An input from each tank, and output to the pump. The pump has the input from the valve and output to the carb, no return. And the tanks output and vent. The driver vent runs on the outside of the driver frame rail and vents under the master cylinder and the passenger follows the fuel line, across the front crossmember, and vents above the steering box.

Then in theory, what jaredts suggested would work. I'm guessing the wiring for the switch would need some modification.

Technically, yes. It could work. And I think the switch and everything would work all the same. Just one wire going to it. But I'd really like to keep it OE.

Check with your local O Reillys parts store. They have a Borg Warner 3 Port valve for @ $30.
