2wd vs 4wd 85 wiring harness
« on: March 28, 2011, 09:34:46 pm »
Hello everyone I'm in the process of putting my 1985 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 back together after a 3 year frame off restoration I have a 1984 2 wheel drive wiring harness under the dash, I'm wanting to know if I can plug my transmission and transfer case harness into the fuse box and everything will work??  I'm very stumped on this and I can't move forward, any help would be greatly appreciated

It should work.  I would verify you pinouts,  Why not use the 4x4 harness?
