I don't think its a 73-87, but I thought this was funny.  Guy must have been a computer repairman! lol

     I think the person is asking for trouble, I wonder if that is even enough air flow to keep the radiator cool, and then if a few go out, well you get the picture.  As I have said before,  " some peoples children "
