What to put on a 80 chevy k10?

I like chrome but nothing flashy same size no bigger or smaller my price range isn't to high what some thoughts might be to give me ideas.. Used rims are what I prefer more in my range something kind of stock but not flashy. I been a car person I want to give my chevy rig a good look thanks..
