86 3500 5 speed swap

I have a 86 gm c3500 single axle witha  454 and a 4 speed manual with hydralic clutch. what is the easiest way to put a 5 speed in it i still want it to be strong so it will pull good but i was curious what all it will take to swap thanks

here's my guess;
The nv4500 would be a good choice;
1. you'll need a driveshaft made or shortened.
2. you'll need to move your shifter back a little.
3. get a clutch to match the nv4500 out of whatever donor vehicle it comes from.
4. you'll use your originial flywheel
5. install the pilot bushing that comes with the new clutch kit.
6. I'm guessing you'll have speedometer issues (if cable driven now) otherwise might be ok.
7. You can use your crossmember but it will need some modification.
8. the line from the clutch cylinder to slave cylinder will have to be made. (I can give you more details on this if needed)
Your major expenses will be the trans, clutch and driveshaft.
about 50 for a new slave cylinder to match the trans

yea my speedos messed up as it is i was just gonna use my gps speedo for the time being thanks for help thats the tranny i was lookin at already i just wanted another opinion and what all it would take, im just tryin to get my rpms down at 70 save some gas, its not that bad right now i have 3.73s, but the difference between me driving 55 or 60 and drivin 70 or more is huge so i figured it'd be best to change my gear range a little and idle it down at high speeds save gas and wear on my engine
