Did you ever check your cab and bed mounts to see if they were the issue with cab and bed alignment ?

Well I don't know how to properly check them I just kind pushed up on my cab and it didn't really move. They looked decent I'm thinking its the tire up front being smaller

Lower the tire pressure on the other side. That will answer that question.

Looks like the box was jammed up into the back of the cab, drivers side. Should just loosen the bed/cab bolts
and realign box with cab ?
