It should buff right out
« on: April 30, 2011, 08:16:28 pm »
Other driver crossed into my lane when they turned the corner. I havent looked under it yet, but I know the steering is shot because the steering wheel and the passenger wheel are turned all the way to the left.

Especially since I just replaced all the suspension and steering, but my bumper would have cleared the other car...

Yup, sorry. My civic is my daily driver. My truck would have taken wheel, axle, steering, and suspension damage, but my bumper would have cleared. But my insurance probably would have totaled my truck. Im hoping my car isnt too bad.

No one injured, i was going about 20, slowing down for a stop sign. Other driver came around the corner fast enough to be pushed into my lane. Its my word against theirs, cops dont come out for non injury accidents. I got pics showing her vehicle placement, which clearly shows her in my lane.

Glad to hear everyones ok,  I know it sucks here that the cops are never around when you need one, only when you don't.  I hope your insurance will fight for you.

Department policy for no report. Budget thing I guess but they did send a CSO out for traffic control and calling tow trucks and I do have a incident number saying I did report it.
