No, you have a edelbrock manifold, wrong plug wires (too long), and no air cleaner.

Looks Like the manifold is not stock, and I do not see any EGR provision on the manifold.  
That cannister behind the carb, connected to the throttle linkage is the cruise control.

The linkage connecting it to the throttle looks hosed, as previously stated.

I have a air cleaner the black one just took it off to work on it man.. It's rigged should I just take the pin out this darn thing I'm a young buck trying to figure this out I don't want to pay anyone

Where are you with this?  Did you remove the cruise control arm (thing going from the throttle to the Cruise control)
