Edit feature?

Not sure if this has been discussed before but is there an 'edit' feature so that you can correct an error in a previous post?  To rephrase, how do you correct the error or whatever boo-boo (lol) you made in a post?

If you look at a previous post that you have made, in the upper right hand corner you can choose 'modify' next to the 'quote' option and then edit the post. I have had difficulty editing posts when pics are involved though.
