Does anyone know of a safe way I can modify the '89 K5 back seat to have the latch system found in newer vehicles for car seats?

You would have to weld something to the floor or seat frame with a loop in my opinion.  Is this for a child seat or a infant seat?

Sorry Chris, just saw you'd replied. I'd need it for both. I figure I'll have to weld or bolt something in.
