SRT-10 Wheels
« on: June 11, 2011, 02:10:09 am »
I was kicking around on Craigslist and found a guy locally selling a pair of Srt-10 wheels for a smokin price. I know the lug pattern is different, but I think I have a set of adaptors in storage, if not they can be had pretty cheap.

Any thoughts on this wheel? This is not the actual one, just a stock pic I found online. I'm pretty bored with standard 5 spokes and I think this could be pretty cool on the 74.

For those of you on other forums, I have posted this question up there as well.

I like them, just remove the ram head. You can also photo chop them onto your truck and see what they look like.

Oh the ram wouldn't stay, if need be I have a couple contacts to make me some caps with bowties, and a source to anodize them. If I can't make this hookup work, I still think I've found my wheels.

I'm no where near handy enough with photoshop to chop that in there, if anyone can hook a brotha up, I'd appreciate it

Hmm... So it looks like I'll need 2" spacers/adapters. These wheels have 6.5" of backspace. I really gotta wonder if I'll be able to turn a 22x10 when I drop the truck.

This is gonna take some more research.

Pretty wheels, if they was 5x5 id purchase them b4 I would a lot of wheels man! Anywho,I like where ur head is at! I have a set of 22x9.5 with a 5.75 backspacing and mine fit good, I can turn like a champ, but idk if u added spacers if you drive it dropped,it may or may not hit.mine has an inch and half with my fender lip cut and a 1.5" adapter is what u need, I'm tellin ya from my experience! Make sure u upload pics

Sadly the set that was on Craigslist sold quick. But I found a website called www.oewheelsllc.com that has these wheels in gunmetal grey for 868.00 for the set. No ram on the center cap either. When tax time comes around again I'll probably get them, and have them re-drilled for a 5x5 pattern. So its a ways out yet, but I have other stuff I wanna do first.
