white stripe with yellow stripe tires

i know there is a name for this style of tire, but i can't remember it.  i figured i would post the question here to see if anyone knew.  i dont have a picture, but i can tell you what they look like.  they're just like your regular white-lined tires with the white line all the way down around the inside edge of the tire(flush with the wheel when put on).  its probably about 2 inches thick..then a bit above that is just a solid yellow stripe, more like a pin stripe around the tire.  i see them on cars around here, and i think they'd look cool on my 86 with the factory rallyes..any ideas?
