Repainting all my interior panels and trim

I have black interior trim and panels, and i want to repaint them. Which is the best paint I should use, and what methods should I take for the best out come.

SEM is a great brand, but make sure you prep the surfaces correctly. That is the best way to get a good paint job.

SEM makes products to prep with too.  Any automotive paint store should carry them.
