Seat question
« on: August 22, 2011, 08:42:51 am »

Ive been thinking about grabbing these for my truck. I asked him for measurements today, he said theyre in good condition, with 2 small burn holes(i think from cigarettes) but seat covers will take care of that. Do they look like they will fit? I think theyre out of an 88-98.

The "fit" will have more to do with if the seats will match up to your brackets....
I have 92-94 seats in my K5 and the holes in the seat did not match up perfectly with my brackets.  I had to do some work to make them fit.

Well, what I meant about fit was, do you think they will fit on thw hump of the floor without major modification of the bracketry? Im not worried about mounting spots

88+ seats are a popular swap, but I think buckets are a little more work than a bench as far as bracket mods.

I'm planning on this too.  My understanding is you will have to fabricate something for the inner mounts ... esp if coming from a bench.  I have read that you can cut the brackets out of the floor of from the donor truck if it is available.
