Bolt Pattern for a 5 lug 1978 C10 Long Wheel Base

I tried to measure my bolt pattern for my 78' chevy, and i keep getting 4.75, but im reading at a lot of places that it is standard 5" on all the 1/2 ton 5 lug full size chevy pickups..... so im just wondering if im just an idiot and i cant measure, or something like that.... does anyone happen to know the specific bolt pattern for my truck?? lol if so i would GREATLY appreciate it. All 1/2T pickups from 73-87 have a 5 on 5" bolt pattern.  To measure one you can't come up with 5" since the opposing bolts are not across from each other.
