They killed off the highway speed camera's here in AZ after being found  Unconstitutional in court. If, you have a right to face your accuser, and they can't very well bring a camera into court.

Some obvious statements I want to put forth:  The scammers are out there because their scam works.  We actually have such idiots out there that will not even think this is a scam and give them all their info.  Very sad, even though these things are in our news all the time, our society gets dumber, and dumber each day and the rest of us must for that ignorance in higher credit card interest or mortgage loans, etc..

I just dont give my info out to somebody who has called me.  Id call the court myself and offer to pay them.  if you give out your personal info to anyone you get what you get.

I don't worry too much about the cameras themselves being constitutional or not.  chances are its not constitutional.  75% or more of today's government and laws probably aren't constitutional anyway.  and no matter how un constitutional something may be, that's totally irrelevant to the govt today.  even if undeniable proof is given, they'll not quite agree with you and do what they want anyway.

Just buy one of those clear tag covers that hides your tag from cameras.  you can only read it from low and pretty much straight on.  I'll be buying one if i ever get one of those tickets.  :)

Not sure if I ever mentioned it on here before but I was calling or someone called me about a bill I knew I had. I just got off work it was about 0830 I was heading home tired. So I went to pay the bill and she asked for my 6 digits of my ssn. This was a legit business asking this I was confused I was like why would you need 6 she said because they are getting more common these days. Her stories made sense then she said you can either give me the first 6 or the last six. I quickly did the math if I gave her the first six she would have my whole number since they block out the first five numbers. So I gave her two random numbers and the 4 she really needs. She took it. I was getting on a road that I knew didn’t have service so when I got off I was going to call back after a nap but I forgot and she got away with it, cause I forgot till a couple days later and forgot what company it was since I tend not to pay on time lol. Also when I had my first impala a warranty company called and said they know my currant warranty was about to expire so they want me to renew with them. I sat down and listen I have a history of doing this then when they ask if im ok with it I’ll say something dumb and then they realize they wasted their time and they hang up. Well they went on asking about my other vehicle I told them I have had my 86 Chevy a 94 Chevy a 92 mercury a 94 sunfire. They said since im a loyal Chevy owner he would have to ask his mangier something. He walks away doesn’t put me on hold just sits the phone down I can hear mumbling in the background. He then comes back and said his mangier said they would knock some of the money off. The deal was better than the dealer offered they even said this. I asked why the dealer doesn’t offer them instead of the other company. Then I told him I would have to think about it and asked for his number to call back. I wasn’t going to call back but he blew a gasket and was like why you would wait on a good deal like this. And said I shouldn’t pass it up. Once a company called had Caribbean music playing and told me I won a boat trip so I let him tell me what was included in the wonderful package and I acted surprise then I went to a sad person and said “I don’t have anyone to take, would you go with me” he didn’t know what to do. I then asked where his business at he was said out west somewhere so then I went in my bedroom and I had the radio playing. He then asked me to turn it down, trying my best to ignore him and make him hang up I got closer then he said “is that 93.5 the beach” he knew what station it was so I knew he was a local.

Today I heard on the radio that scammers were calling people and pretending to be the police in Sac. saying that you ran a light, have a ticket or so forth, if you pay now you will avoid a much bigger fine.     What rock did these people who would fall for that crawl out from under. " I would like to put them back. "
