Thanks for all the input guys,

The battery is now 2 days old and the alternator,starter  and battery cables are brand new. I've done all that you've listed above and still can't track down my drain. I may just take it into a shop and let them fiddle with it.

VileZambonie and diphthong, no door jamb switch or hood light/switch on my truck.

How is the radio wired in? Disconnect all aftermarket accessories. If the draw 50mA that's still above average on one of these trucks. What's installed electrically?

I found the problem, ground wire on the alternator wasn't making good contact. All is well now, dang I feel dumb
