Flowmaster inlet/outlet centered or offset?
« on: October 31, 2011, 11:18:09 pm »
My old set up had a mix of mufflers. Muffler #1: inlet was centered, outlet offset. Muffler #2: both inlet/outlet were offset. Which is the proper set up so that the alignment of the entire exhaust system works the best and will best fit? 74' long bed 1/2 ton 350 SBC.

Inlet offset and outlet centered IMO, but an experience custom pipe bender can make anything look good.

It really doesnt matter unless youre using existing piping.
