15 x 8 Steel Wheels for a 2WD other than GM Truck Rallys?

I have been looking around for 15 x 8 Steel wheels for my 85 C10. I already have a Set of 4 of the 15 x 8 GM Truck Rally Wheels.

I would like either Corvette style rally wheels or Standard OEM Wheels that use Dog Dish Hub Caps but, instead of being 15 x 6 they are 15 x 8.

Summit lists a bunch with with a 5 on 4.5" BC but none with 5 on 5" that I can see. Looks like Stockton will make them but, seems like either type should be pretty common.

The corvette style I am looking for are like what Jeff Drew has on his truck and this truck

I have a set of wheels like the ones on the truck in the picture. They are corvette rallies and I have the center caps and bands that go with them. The truck is running a set of 275/60/15 tires. I have not noticed any rubbing or scrubbing or the like. My wheels are 15X10.
