Wiper Delay Issues?
« on: December 02, 2011, 05:25:54 am »
Just installed a new wiper delay module. Didn't work out entirely. Now when I turn the switch to the delay/intermediate setting the wipers move in a low speed but "no" delaying or intermediate. The wipers still work in Low & high speed setting. One more new problem, they will not turn off unless I switch to Mist setting.

Any suggestions?

Did you hook it up correctly ?  Try to trace the wires and see if something is crossed.  If you don't have a wiring diagram, they are in the tech section.

The module only has two wire plugs and no-way of crossing them up... They did good design work to prevent that... I did not have to re-wire those plugs... After further research, it is appearing its the wiper motor... So I'm going to replace it...
