My truck is an 87 with air, this appears to be one without.

 As far as I know, the gauge housing behind the bezel on these things doesn't have anything to do with the air conditioner or any of its controls. I don't need the bezel, its the other parts that come with it that I need. I destroyed that light blue part trying to modify it with a drill press. Haha! Next time I'm just going to use a hand power drill for more speed and pressure control. Guess the old thing had just seen to many heat cycles, cause it shattered. But this one looks cheap enough for me to buy so I was hoping it works with any of the 81-87 trucks.

Again, I don't need the bezel. Not using that part.

That is a 84-87 Non-AC bezel, note no opening for the windshield wiper switch and an old 70's speedo cluster with the brake light in the lower left.  It also appears that the left tab is broken but just may not be visible from the way the picture was taken.  Look at my classifieds picture of what I think is what you need.  I sold that particular one but I think I have another, I just have to look.  Not trying to sell you mine, just making an observation.
