I did.

The dashpad is free everywhere except the right-side near the bottom of the windshield.

Here's a pic looking up through the glove box..

(My phone is due for execution)

There is a black bolt/screw of some kind caught in the square hole of the truck body and is screwed into the bottom of the dashpad. I don't know how it got there or if it supposed to be there or not.

Edit: It's out. One of the clips above the glovebox is gone and was replaced with a screw. I had to reach under and unscrew it. 4+ of the plastic stems that hold the trim on the front of the daspad have snapped. I'll have to fix that.
