heater smells like coolant

hi all..I've got an 87 k20 longbed with a 350...i recently put new headgaskets in on both sides, and now when i turn the heater on, the air coming out smells a little bit like coolant...any advice on what is causing this and/or how to fix it?

Probably a leaking heater core...
