While we're speeding through life, we miss the chance to get a good look at the road we're on.

In my defense this was the first load I'd put on this truck. The spring hangers are rusty, the bed floor makes swiss cheese look solid, the back tires are dry rotted blems and I just rebuilt the motor so I wasn't wanting to push it too hard on the first outing. It handled it just fine though and next time it's getting a real load. The funny part was when we moved from one cutting spot to another he hadn't ratcheted down his wood yet and pieces kept falling off and I kept stopping to pick them up and throw them on my Chevy. Kept telling him the Furd was overloaded and it was shucking off what it couldn't handle.
