makin progress!

today i stripped the ignition and the peice behind the ignition out of an old custom deluxe and put it in my truck. and boought a new set of door locks and put them in :3. tires should be paid of soon then its for an oil change, new oil filter, transmission pan gasket, transmission filter and transmission fluid then ill be drivin(:

Sounds awesome. Its always nice to hear about an old truck getting back on the road again.
1980 Chevrolet C10 Silverado, 350 with 4 barrel carter quad recently rebuilt, new shocks, ball joints, bed rails,  steering gearbox, gauge cluster and mirrors. First build/love affair. I recently upgraded from a shadetree to a concrete driveway. Lol

     That is good to hear.  Hope to hear you have it on the road sooner rather than later.
