My opinion would be that it might look like a repaint where someone was too lazy to paint the interior. Gotta remember though that it is yours and whatever you choose as long as it looks good to you that is all that really matters.
Good luck with it and post some pictures after so we can see it.

My personal opinion is along the lines of Thirsty.  I love grey interiors, I think they look the best, but I would paint the metal the outside color and put everything else grey or black as you stated.  (most of the floor and stuff will be covered up, only the dash and door pillars are readily visible).  If you put a headliner in then the dash and under on firewall will be visible most of the time.

ya it was just an idea i was throwing around, in my head, was wanting to be different, but wasnt sure how it would look, because the idea was to match the gray on the spokes of the boss 338 wheels im gonna use, to sort of tie everything together, but ill prob just do the same color as ext what ever that may be lol, one other question, is it possible to put a headliner in a truck that did not come with one from factory? thanks guys

We sell a headliner for those that didn't come with one.

I don't think there is a link to it in the site, but this is it, none of the factory stuff it required for this headliner, it comes with sail panels and will require drilling.  I also want to say that I have NOT seen one of these firsthand.
