Alabama tornadoes
« on: January 23, 2012, 06:36:58 am »
I just saw on the news that there were winter tornadoes in the Alabama area. They looked to be in Capt's area and hitting at a time when most people haven't woken up yet. Hope everyone is ok.

One missed us by a few miles, but some friends down in Clanton got some damage. They're pretty close to a trailer park that got wrecked, though. I'm glad more people didn't get hurt.

That was ours, too. We're a few miles to the west-southwest of you.

A few trees in a neighbor's yard came down, but more from straight line winds and soft earth. Nothing on our property came down this time.
How 'bout you?

Did you get any damage?
